Monferrato is rich in precious white truffles, better known as the White Truffle of Alba. Marina Miroglio, a recognized expert of Tuber Magnatum Pico, organizes truffle hunts from October to December with a trifulau and his dog, followed by a tasting of traditional Piedmontese dishes and training on how to prepare, preserve, and recognize them.
