Palazzo Losio is an elegant historic residence built in 1850 on foundations dating back to the 1600s, set among the wooded hills of Villaggio Losio, in the municipality of Ponzone, just a few kilometers from Acqui Terme, in Alto Monferrato.

Completely renovated in eclectic style in 1930 (ancient columns, precious external terracotta decorations, a very rare monumental marble staircase…) by one of its owners, Michele Lorioli, a Milanese medal-making entrepreneur, it has been owned by several personalities from the Italian political and industrial world, including Gianoglio and Pininfarina.

The palace hosted Giuseppe Garibaldi in 1866, the Italian royal family of Savoy in the early 1900s as a summer residence, and the racing driver Juan Manuel Fangio.
