For an immersion in history and nature, charming apartments furnished in the 19th–20th century style of Palazzo Losio, bright and with spectacular views over the hills and woods. It has hosted figures such as Garibaldi and the Savoy royal family. We offer an experience in a historic residence of rare beauty, surrounded by a park and equipped with all comforts. A few kilometers away, there is a swimming pool, restaurants, and shops.

The accommodation

The accommodation features a double entrance with a large library and reading corner, 1 romantic bedroom, a small adjacent living room with a single sofa bed and a desk, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a large desk, ideal for working, a fully renovated and equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a fully renovated stylish bathroom with a bidet and washing machine.

There are 2 large balconies equipped with a barbecue, tables, armchairs, and sun loungers. Outside the building, tables, chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available.

Adjacent to this accommodation, there is a small apartment that can be rented and connected to it.

Guest access

The accommodation is entirely for the exclusive use of guests.

Other notes

Pets are not allowed in the palace accommodations.

However, we are renovating two units with private gardens in the former orangery, which will be ready by April 2026, where pets will be allowed. The listings will appear on this platform.

The accommodations are thoroughly cleaned before each arrival and after departure. If you are staying for a longer period and would like cleaning services, even daily, this is possible—please inform us as soon as possible.

It is also possible to organize activities at the palace: traditional Italian and Piedmontese cooking classes. In season (October to December/January), truffle hunting excursions for “white truffles of Alba” in the palace valley with a truffle hunter and his dog, followed by tastings, cooking workshops, and truffle education.
